Reflecting During the Transition

When you’re in the middle of a shift into another season, it’s pretty uncomfortable isn't it?
Can you tell when you’re moving into the next season?
Are you able to recognize the signs and the feelings in your spirit?
Or are you missing it?
There are some telling ways to recognize when you’re in a shift….
You start to feel extremely uncomfortable where you are.
You start to notice things you never noticed before.
You wonder why you didn’t see those things in the first place.
You start to think, “Well maybe something is wrong with me”.
You start to notice you don’t relate to people around you as you once did.
You start to think “I don’t get why I can’t fit in”.
You notice that your perspective changes and no one else is on the same page.
You wonder, “is it just me?” or “why doesn’t anyone else see this?”
It’s not just you.
You probably even think that you heard the Lord wrong.
The Holy Spirit has begun to reveal things to you in a way that you’d be able to absorb it.
This way it isn’t a big shock to you as the veil is lifted and you see the things you didn’t see before.
You were not missing it before, you were just in a place where you needed to grow before the Lord could show these things to you.
You may not have been able to handle the delivery of the revelation in the previous season.
So as you walk with the Lord and He transitions you from season to season,
You notice that you see differently, and you hear and speak differently.
Remember that the plan of the enemy is to steal, kill, and destroy.
He wants to steal clarity of mind from you and plant seeds of doubt and they grow with who he sends to water them.
People begin to ask you questions, “Are you sure you are hearing from the Lord?”, or “Do you really think the Lord would put you through that kind of testing?”
The enemy sends people to question you when you’re on assignment so you then begin to question yourself.
You start second-guessing why you’re doing what you’re doing anyway.
You hear a still small voice say “You know what I have asked you to do, don't doubt it.”
You start to feel confident again and though it feels lonely, you push forward knowing that the Lord Himself sent you on this assignment in this season.
Has it been easy? Absolutely not. If anything it is the hardest thing you have ever done in your life.
BUT God knows the plans that He has for you, to prosper you and give you a future.
How do you combat the voice of the enemy when you are walking on this path and uncertainty creeps in?
The bible says that His word is a lamp unto your feet. (Psalm 119:105)
Staying in your word is crucial for you to remain sober and clear-minded.
You will be bold in who you are in Christ knowing what the Word says about you and your purpose.
When you read and study your Word there is not anything that anyone can say to you that will make you falter or waiver, because you know the truth, and that truth is what set you free (John 8:32)
Trust the still small voice in this season. The Lord knows exactly where He is leading you.
